• E-Commerce & Digital Storefronts (e.g., Shopify setups)
• Marketing & SMB Support Desk
• Dashboards, SOPs, and finance/control systems
• Advisory and consulting services for SMBs
• Digital marketing support and related services

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, or are authorised to act on behalf of a business entity.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

5. Payments & Fees

Fees for services, programs, and products will be communicated clearly before engagement. Payment terms, due dates, and applicable taxes will be specified in proposals, invoices, or on our website. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide high-quality training, consulting, and digital systems, all business decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility. GTCT will not be liable for:

• Business losses, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by you.
• Third-party service failures, downtime, or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
• Fail to pay agreed fees within the specified time.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
